In 16 years of being in business we have had a handful of shipments damaged, but if it occurs here are the EASY steps to follow to place a claim:
Damaged in shipping?
• A claim must be filed with United Parcel Service (UPS) 1-800-742-5877, by you, within 72 hours of delivery.
• KEEP ALL interior packaging materials and shipping box. UPS may require inspection, and without the packing material you may not be able to complete the claim process.
• Note what is broken or damaged. DO NOT throw away the damaged item, UPS may require inspection of the damaged item.
• Locate the UPS label and tracking number on the outside of the box. The traking number can be found at the bottom of the label below the barcode (the thing with all the vertical lines.)
• Call UPS at 1-800-742-5877, and ask the UPS agent for a claim number.
• After receiving a claim number from UPS, call Kathleen’s (503-224-4869 or toll free at 800-474-7499.) After we receive notification from UPS we will reship the item at our expense.
